[He's not going to approach Tsukasa until he is in the water and K is not. It'll make it easier for the both of them: Tsukasa will be someplace he has an advantage and K seems to remember something about vampires not liking it. Plus, that way if Tsukasa wants to drown him on general principle or something it'll be easier for him.]
