Most of the specialty dishes in Tokyo-F are very different from what we would eat back home. Of course, we use spices and herbs, but-- what is the word everyone uses?

The foods we eat back home are usually more direct. We would have some sort of grain and stew. For our meats or fish, we would usually eat whatever could be caught that day, such as rabbit or bear. That meat would either be roasted then or else also put into a stew.
